What are your hours?
Initial hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. We anticipate expanded hours once the space is up and running, with broad 7-days/week access for members.

What’s the general code of ethics/conduct?
The Golden Rule mixed with common sense and a sense of humor. Framework’s goal is to provide a professional work environment that allows members and guests to work in the style that suits them.

How do I book the conference rooms?
Visit to book one of our two conference rooms. Want 50% off the cost of booking? Become a member and gain access for less.

How do we use the printer?
Each member will have their own code for printing, scanning, copying, and faxing documents.

Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, we love animals but not at this time.

What’s the security like?
Every member will have a digital key card for entry and there will be 24 hour security cameras inside the space and covering all entrances. The doors will be locked at all times during non-staffed hours, with members able to access the space with their key cards.

Where do I park? Parking options include:

  • On-street parking on North Street using the city’s mobile parking app
  • 90 minute lot across the street (at the Greystone building)
  • Side street parking is occasionally available on Summer St., Union St., and Bradford St.
  • For an additional fee, members can access private parking lots in close walking distance to Framework (<0.1 miles)

Can we leave things in the space?
Yes, all members will have access to lockable filing cabinets or lockers. Fixed Desk members will have locking consoles at their desks. All Private Offices have their own door locks.

Can I rent the space for events?
Yes, Framework is be available evenings and some weekends for event rentals. contact us at to learn more.

What’s the kitchen like?
The kitchen features a refrigerator, toaster oven, sink, and counter space. For Coffee, we love Dottie’s across the street. We ask that people clean up after themselves, and the fridge will be emptied and cleaned every Friday afternoon.

Can I bring non-members in for meetings or collaboration?
Yes, members can bring in non-members for up to 2 hours. Beyond this time we ask that non-members purchase a day pass.  We also ask that members respect the working environment of others when bringing in non-members.

Will my company have a place to display our brand?
Absolutely, we want to help you grow and be seen. There will be a member board and Community section on our website.
