COVID-19 Info


Framework will currently only be accessible to members via your key card. Doors will be locked to the public; therefore, no walk-ins will be permitted. You must be a member with an active key card to enter.

Monday – Friday 5 am – 11 pm

Saturday & Sunday 6 am – 9 pm

If we are shut down due to COVID by state mandated orders or otherwise, the membership will be paused with no charge to the member until we reopen.

Membership pauses due to complete shut down include memberships still in the 3-month commitment period. The commitment period will resume when we reopen.


Masks must be worn when entering the space and for the entirety of the workday – apart from eating and drinking.

Private office members: if your private office doors are left open, your mask must be worn. If you exit your office to use the restroom, copier, or for any other reason, you must don a mask. The same holds true for conference rooms.


All those entering must scan the QR code or fill out the form provided at the front desk.  This is also important for those who meet clients in our conference rooms.  All visiting clients must either scan the QR code, fill out the form, or provide me with form details via email.  If you have questions, please email email hidden; JavaScript is required.

Signs are posted throughout the space to serve as reminders for safety protocols, and please do not enter the space if you are feeling ill or have flu symptoms. Please protect yourself and our members.


Whether using provided sanitizers or your own, please remember to sanitize or wash hands upon entering the co-working.


Whether you bring your own lunch, snack food, or get take-out in support of a downtown business, please keep all your food items at your designated workspace. Pack your lunch in a container with a cold pack if needed. While it is preferred you do not use the refrigerator to eliminate more contact with communal surfaces and handles, if you must, please use the wipes or cleaner provided to wipe down handles and surfaces.  The same applies to the microwave.  Since there is no dishwasher, sharing a sponge to wash dishes is not best practice, therefore sponges will not be available. Please bring utensils that can be discarded after use or brought home to wash. We will not have glasses, mugs, utensils etc., available for use.

THERE WILL BE NO USE OF THE COMMUNAL COFFEE GRINDER, COFFEE MAKER, OR TEA POT in our kitchenette. Please bring your own favorite cup of coffee to enjoy.

What are your hours?
Standard business hours 8 AM – 5 PM, unless you have a membership! Members have access to the space Monday – Friday 5 AM – 11 PM, Saturday – Sunday 6 AM – 9 PM. Framework is staffed 9 AM – 11 AM, or by appointment.  Email us at

What’s the general code of ethics/conduct?
Framework’s goal is to provide a professional work environment that allows members and guests to work in the style that suits them.

How do I book the conference rooms?
You don’t need to be a member to use our conference rooms. Click here to book your next meeting.

Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, we love animals but not at this time.

What’s the security like?
Every member will have a digital key card for entry and there will be 24 hour security cameras inside the space and covering all entrances. The doors will be locked at all times during non-staffed hours, with members able to access the space with their key cards.

Where do I park? Parking options include:

  • On-street parking on North Street using the city’s mobile parking app: PassportParking Mobile Pay
  • 90 minute lot across the street (at the Greystone building)
  • Members can add-on access to private parking lots within walking distance

Can I rent the space for events?

What’s the kitchen like?
The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and electric kettle.

Can I bring non-members in for meetings?
Yes, members can bring in non-members for up to 2 hours. Beyond this time we ask that non-members purchase a day pass.  We also ask that members respect the working environment of others when bringing in non-members.
